Hi.
I am Tina Klaering, an interdisciplinary designer from Hamburg.
Rooted in architecture and digital design, I move between structure and creativity with ease.
I think in systems. I design in layers.
Clarity is my aesthetic.

More than 25 years of experience & fun.
I studied architecture in the 90s — which is where I learned to think in space, structure, and systems.
I then spent 15 years working as a web designer,
navigating the early and evolving digital landscape.
In 2017, I started a new chapter:
freelance interdisciplinary designer.
Curious by nature, I’m always learning, exploring, and expanding my skill set.
I’ve been a good friend of Photoshop since 1994,
work fluently with Illustrator and InDesign,
have a lasting crush on Cinema 4D,
know my way around Figma — and yes, the rest of the digital toolbox.
And when it comes to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint?
Let’s just say I’m more structured than most consultants.
I bring structure, experience, and perspective to projects — but also energy, optimism, and the ability to keep teams motivated.

Creation, Concept & Structure
I create
Design across disciplines.
From brand identities and packaging to spaces, signage, illustrations, and digital experiences.
I develop ideas, visuals, and concepts — and bring them to life with clarity and a strong sense of aesthetics.
In short, I design identities, environments, and experiences — and everything in between.
Signage is my secret weapon
Systems with direction.
I think in logic, flow, and context.
Whether on land or at sea, I design signage that connects branding, architecture, and function — intuitive, coherent, and purpose-driven.
I love structure
Clarity within complexity.
I keep the overview — even in large spreadsheets, detailed production lists, HTML code, or highly technical environments.
Timelines, coordination, and intricate processes don’t overwhelm me.
They energize me.

Always out awe-walking
I travel to be amazed.
I notice details others overlook.
I dance to electronic music, read, laugh and practice yoga every day.
Staying inspired isn’t a hobby.
It’s how I live.
